Crack sealing will fill and seal the cracks so water cannot penetrate and damage the base layer beneath the asphalt.
Our sealcoating process:
• Power clean the driveway
• Power trim and edge the lawn along the driveway
• Crack seal major cracks
• Sealcoat with black, professional-grade asphalt emulsion pavement sealer. Silca sand and rubberized modifier are also added for strength
